The Steering Committee of the Institute, appointed for a five-year term, is responsible for coordinating research and analysis activities, consulting activities, and organizing seminar, training, and dissemination activities. Guidance on research and analysis programs, cooperation projects, and seminar activities is provided to the Steering Committee by the Advisory Board, which periodically meets in plenary session or in working committees.
The Steering Committee is tasked with coordinating and supervising all activities of the Institute and is chaired by the Director-General.
